Privacy policy

Last updated 14 August 2026 · CuratedPicks

This policy explains what CuratedPicks collects when you use the public website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us about it. It is written for visitors, not for our internal staff tools.

Who we are

CuratedPicks is operated from India. For privacy questions, write to hello@curatedpicks.com.

What we collect from you

If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you send, so we can read it and reply.

If you tap a buy button, our server records that a button was used (which product and which store). That record is used to see which recommendations people follow. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not sold.

We do not ask you to create a customer account. You can browse the site without giving us your name.

What we do not do

We do not sell your contact details. We do not run advertising cookies on the public site at this time. When you leave our site for Amazon or Flipkart, those companies process your visit under their own privacy policies. Please read theirs if you buy there.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept long enough to answer you and to keep a short record of the request. We then delete or archive them. Button-click records are kept in aggregate so we can improve the catalogue.

Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a message you sent. Email hello@curatedpicks.com. We will need enough detail to find the record.

Children

This site is aimed at adults shopping for everyday products. Do not send us personal information about a child.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date at the top.
